• Are soy candles safer than paraffin candles? Soy candles are healthier for the environment and for the customer in comparison to paraffin candles. Paraffin and paraffin wax blends are known to have cancer causing materials in them, and who wants to breathe that in! Soy candles are non-toxin and burn cleaner than a paraffin candles that can leave behind soot.
• How is soy wax made? Soybeans are husked and dried into flake form. Then, the oil is extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated.
• What type of wicks do you use? Monee'Melts uses 6" cotton wicks that are also lead free. 
• Are your candles vegan? All our candles are considered vegan and have never been animal tested!
• Can the jars be repurposed? Absolutely! After the candle wax gets to about ¼  ^{of an inch,} discontinue use of the candle to prevent burnout of the jar or overheating.
• How potent are soy candles? We find that our small candles fill a small/medium sized room quite nicely. Our medium candles fill a medium/large sized room with ease as well.
• How long will it take for my order to arrive? Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. Processing and candle curing takes approximately 72 hours after receiving the order. We use USPS Priority shipping which then takes about 3-5 days to ship.
• What tracking method do you use? We ship using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Flat Rate.
• Do you offer refunds? At this time, we do not offer refunds. For damaged items please refer to our refund and exchange policy.
